I worked here before the company went under. In fact, between the signs the bubble burst was looming and the low pay that’s why I left. Around the time I left, Mr Erickson’s ego became inflated, and he started making unsound business decisions and trying to exponentially grow the company way too quickly. I never thought much of him. I passed him on the stairs one day and said “hello”, and he rolled his eyes. I actually liked his sons much better. They were much more grounded. Usually, it’s the other way around. Other than Erickson, there were a lot of overinflated egos running around that place. However, the work experience was really good, and I do have some fond memories of people there.

These places are overpriced, incompetently run, corporate wise they are incapable of removing individuals from their mailing lists in spite of numerous requests. Would not wish any of these facilities on anyone. Find somewhere else it will be safer, cheaper and probably managed considerably better. I requested information for someone who needed a place to live - and now I'm peppered with useless garbage from these poorly managed communities.
I got to work here through my agency.My 7 months have been fantastic and enjoyable. I love every bit and the care given to all the resident. The sweet part is they never runs out of any supplies and the environment is always neat and tidy.
Brooksby village very poorly managed. Assistant Executive Director does all and it's way to much for one person. The residents' needs come last if there's anyone who actually cares. I posted ONE star
Applied for a position and got an interview done too. No replies for 3 weeks on an email for a decision for my position. Later on found out they picked another candidate. Unprofessional environment.
