My mother has been there over 3 years. My mother arrived at Epic after a broken hip. She loves Epic and the staff. The staff is very caring and compassionate.. Gloria is amazing at calling us for updates and keeping up with changes. The head nurse is also great at calling us for any updates. The front desk is a little difficult to get ahold of on weekends only just because it's the weekend. But overall Epic is very clean, never smells, and the food that my mother has is very tasty. My mother is always clean and taken great care of each day. All the nurses are exceptionally caring.

My Grandma was just discharged from Epic after a very bad stroke. The rehabilitation, speech therapy and nursing care my Grandma received was top notch. Not only is the facility beautiful , but they even have complimentary parking under the building. Don’t hesitate to send your loved one there, you won’t be disappointed!
My husband spent many months at EPIC Rehabilitation Center in White Plains. He went to EPIC from another facility which I will not name. The care that he received at EPIC was far superior! One nurse in particular, Avia, literally cured his badly affected legs and feet with her diligent attention and nursing skills. We are very grateful and highly recommend EPIC. The Administrator also made my husband’s stay very comfortable as well by allowing us to get a special chair for him.
My mother has been at epic twice , in 2021 and 2024. Staff were friendly, helpful, a number of the staff were the same from 2021 and remembered my mom. They staff were pretty prompt to respond if mom rang for assistance. The physical therapy wa very good, twice a day for an hour each session on week days, once on the weekends. The facility was very clean and didn't smell. The food was ok although could not select from a menu but could request a sandwich or something.
At EPIC if something bothers you, you feel comfortable speaking about it. The staff here is great and very easy to have conversations with them, I feel like all of them are my friends.
