Run don’t walk, they don’t care want patient safety they mix patients that have biz being around elderly patients that have way to defend themselves from them. Patient ratio leave the staff comfortable to complain about it. Over worked under paid. There needs to a patient ratio of 8 to 1 cna for care to be done right as each patient and or our tax dollars are paying around 6000 plus a month for substandard care and the Corporation profits at our expense.. Corp and management needs to work the floor for a minimum of 30 days and they must be licensed cna for all staff in the building to have staff aid in feeding and getting the basic needs met and or short staff management should be mandatory to fill in (the price one pays for being in charge, that is why they get paid what they do. However the management thoughts, I am management so with no thoughts to the patients making them profitable they ignore the short falls of staff with no regard to the elderly being short changed on what they gave us when and them the chance of freedom and to sacrifice the loved ones long ago and this is how they are paid back. The picture was taken from the moment One saw how bad the lack of bathing this elderly person is not only getting, who is going to stand up for them, this is wrong but after everything they have done for us the generation that is to care for them .

5/2023 Well they updated the place and it has potential. Unfortunately, it's still a dump. The roof and ceiling is collapsing in several areas. It's still filthy. A waste of enhancements. It's esthetically pleasing yet it's still dirty. The care is still poor. The areas for employees look condemned. Unsafe work hazrds Original post 9/2022 This is an Old out dated facility. They are currently remodeling which is very much needed. The nurses are thieves. The food quality is very poor. The staff are rude and uncaring. The residents are treated poorly. The few staff that work there are low class and rude. This place should be shut down. Envive which is the company who had acquired this building a year ago has not been able to keep sufficient staff since they took over. The company doesn't seem to care about the residents or the staff in this building. They lack professionalism and leadership. It's really sad and unsettling. AVOID THIS FACILITY
The new leadership and exquisite renovations are the perfect recipe for an amazing experience...it truly is a remarkable place for rehab or long-term care. Beautiful refurbished large single rooms, an incredible new therapy gym, smiling faces, friendly team members with vast experience and wisdom. GREAT THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT ENVIVE HEALTHCARE OF ANDERSON.
Very bad services staff member gave a resident narcotic and still is working there I wouldn't take my dog there! Jody in therapy is the only thing that building had going for them! Staff report abuse and it's labeled as not abuse but a concern and I'm here to tell you it's abuse! Scrappers to scrape the nasty and grime off the floors is ridiculous no one should have to live like that without a choice 😤
Lots of staffing issues. Facilities did not have the equipment to keep up nor the staff. Staff shortage in all areas. Facilities upgrade was coming along but will take time. Owners are from out of state and per administrators 5 during short tenure alot of the same as when it was named rolling hills, meadowbrook and lindberg.
