Karen was so helpful and patient with us. She squeezed us into her fully packed schedule and gave us a thorough tour on our impromptu stop about a month ago.. I apologize for being so late writing a review Karen. We are (hopefully) at least 10 years away before wanting to enter a transitional care facility, but management & residents at ENSO felt cerebral yet very welcoming & friendly: right up our alley. Karen explained that they are not yet accepting deposits and we are still looking at other facilities, but ENSO is on our list! Many thanks Karen, Max & Ann.
The lady at the front desk (Karen) was very helpful, friendly, and professional. She represents the establishment very well and never stopped smiling 😃
