These people are terrible. State has been contacted yet again for dependent adult abuse. They refuse to toilet residents and leave them on the toilet for 30 minutes to an hour and then say it's because they don't have the staff to properly provide care. Many cnas are snotty and rude to the residents. And they don't follow doctor orders for care. They leave residents sitting in their soiled clothing for up to 2 hours. This place is ridiculous. They have 3 abuse reports recebtly made for this year alone.
Beautiful nursing home. Lobby is very neat, cozy, and inviting. My uncle is being very well taken care of. He looks great and as I was looking around the staff was VERY helpful and warm hearted towards their residents!
When it comes to finding the right place to care for a loved one, you want the reassurance that you are being given all the information available, the best care and timely responses.
