A friend of our family was a resident of the Emilia Residence for 9 months and I visited him every day, which gave me a very good assessment of the facility and I have never met a nursing home that was so bad. Residents often wait hours for assistance with going to the toilet. Residents have catheters inserted unnecessarily, although not medically necessary but easier for care. Many residents have pressure sores because they are not repositioned regularly. I could go on and on here If you understand me correctly, the deficiencies in care can be attributed to the lack of staff and the profit-oriented performance of the facility. Unfortunately, this comes at the expense of the residents.

I would like to thank EVERYONE for their loving care of my husband. He really liked it and I was very reassured that I always had a competent contact person. I can recommend this facility 100% because they paid attention to all the special features that affect his care. Thank you very much again to EVERYONE, you are doing a GREAT JOB.
