My mother is on the wait list for housing at Emerson manor and every interaction she has had with staff has been awful. They are deliberately rude and dismissive. They don’t return calls and when she stopped by recently the admin at the front desk was actively discouraging her from ever living there was likely lying that the waitlist was 3-6 years . This place has trash management to allow their staff to behave so badly. Beware.
