Our parents arrived about six months ago. They were very well looked after, in an elegant setting with a beautiful park and very welcoming common areas. The meals are high-quality, and the staff is very attentive. I can only recommend the establishment.

Run away! Numerous shortcomings in staff management and a total lack of empathy for residents, lack of communication, workloads, beautiful in the window but... exorbitant cost not justified, blatant resemblance to O....!
The EMERA establishment is a retirement home, where we are very well received, there is a large restaurant which is very pleasant and the people who serve are attentive to the elderly. Meals are prepared on site by the chef whose menus vary throughout the week. The staff listens to residents. Outside there is a park for residents to walk and enjoy the sun. This establishment also offers activities that allow residents to feel good and be able to interact with each other.
Excellent welcome. We were very well informed by Me Dupin about the placement of my grandmother. We are reassured to know she is safe and pampered. The staff is invested in the well-being of the residents and it shows
Very warm welcome, the staff is very pleasant and attentive to our requests. My parents feel good and safe there. The setting is peaceful and relaxing. I recommend this establishment.
