I have been in rehab a lot since 2018 mainly in so Cal. Horrible stories most ppl are in there hiding from a judge. Embassy actually cares, especially their entire MGMT staff and rehab groups OT and PT.very good coverage from the nurses aides and nurses. It took a cpl of days to figure out dietary, but they too came around and made decent food to eat. Clean and well maintained. Shout out to the activity people. Great attitudes all around, too many top notch folks to list all the names but if you had needs they were capable care givers. Best roomie ever, so kudos on ltheir profile matching vs just dumping on an empty bed and yelling rotts of ruck shaggy. jason, Kirk, Becky great attitudes kind but pushy to reassure you that they cared, Amy you lead by example.too many, good nurses aids to list, Good cold water and drinks, great snacks before bed, meds on time. Ear plugs suggested some folks suffer memory loss and can be chaos, but let's remember how blessed each of us really were compared to others. Anyways overall. A good safe and healthy enviroment for the times we all need help, Love and kindness to help us heal. Great management, very proactive and involved. Sincerely, David Hutchens #43W

Horrible place! My poor mother was on terminal hospice here. They totally ignored her and could not handle her pain. Unbelievable neglect of a human being. We voiced our concerns multiple times. Nothing changed. I finally had enough and by the grace of God got her to another place for her final days. This place doesn't even have a clue about hospice care. I wouldn't put my dog in this place!
Some of the staff here don’t act professional. Especially the scheduler. Human Resources doesn’t have a clue. They bully nurses and make up lies. They can’t keep regular staff and have to mostly use agencies. This place is full a drama. So if you like drama this is the place to work. Unfortunately the residents have to suffer due to staff acting childish. It’s a cute little place with wonderful residents. Over half the staff needs to go. Hopefully corporate will finally go in and take charge.
During my aunts short term rehab at this facility, I extremely happy with the care she received. The staff and facility was something I had to mention. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was also so clean and it made me feel good getting the care she needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
This place is horrible. So glad I got my dad out of there. He lost a lot of his things . They wanted to increase his rent because employees brought Covid into the building and they expect the residents to pay for cleaning and Covid tests among other things. As far as I'm concerned the skilled unit killed my mother. Dad was in personal care and slept in the cold when it was 18 degrees out and had snow blowing in his window and I was told they do room check every 2 hours. Kind of hard to believe they do or someone would have noticed that.
