My mother (Gloria) was received with a heartfelt welcome as she was in need of continued rehab therapy. Our daily encounters with each 5 star employee felt like family. By naming each staff employee by name, my family would like the whole world to know that your loving kindness, selfless acts, hardwork, compassion, and self sacrifice in our time of need left an impression in our hearts that can never be erased 🌿 Each one of you touched our lives deeply. Keep up the EXCELLENCE! There was always a quick response that was handled with professionalism and knowledge if an issue would arise. Thank you so very much! My aunt was in this facility twice, very nice place. I was nervous and hesitant about anyone caring for her but after my first encounter with nursing staff and management they eased my mind. Everyone from the doctor down to housekeeping was friendly, approachable, understanding, and willing to help and answer questions. I have witnessed tremendous compassion and empathy from staff and my aunt even says she made friends with others during her stay. We will choose Elmwood over & over again!
My mom was a patient here 3 separate times and kept coming back because she was treated so well. we deeply appreciate how positive and considerate staff were. She enjoyed all the activities that were provided. The aides treated her like a grandmother which made her feel special since we couldn’t see her everyday. Every time we had a visit or phone call, multiple staff members came in to say hi or see if she needed anything. It made us feel confident in our decision to place her there. Our family could not be happier with the care provided by Elmwood hills healthcare.
Elmwood Hills Healthcare Center is a clean and well maintained facility. My father in law has been on the rehab unit a few times. He always received great care from the nursing staff and top notch therapy services. Also, a very close family friend is on the LTC floor. She is well taken care of and her family is appreciative of the staff for taking such wonderful care of her. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable at Elmwood. I would recommend this facility.
Impressed with Elmwood Hills Healthcare- experienced and friendly staff, immaculate state of the art facility. My daughters and I volunteered as companions multiple times with their Girl Scout Troop and as part of a community service project through their elementary school. I have witnessed gentle and compassionate staff, happy and well groomed residents, professional and encouraging management. In comparison to other facilities my mother had frequented that left our family with devastating results, I will choose Elmwood Hills over the competition!
