As someone who knows the facility. These people really don’t care about the residents most of the employees just kind of stay on their phones or demand other employees to do work like if they were a slave . some employees will mix candy with the medication to think that the resident is getting their medication when they’re not, these people let a resident not go to the hospital for couple of days when resident was not feeling well and now the resident is on hospice for a kidney failure. if you care for your loved ones, you should put them in a better resident home. This place is just like a dead end mostly all the people in there. Don’t want to be there and they allow employees to threaten residence saying that they don’t care they can all die for all I care and they allow employees to go in high to work and they’re also discriminated against people of color. Speaking for any future residence out there please look for other options.

The Sunflower Communities do a wonderful job in assisting people who need a place to call home. Carol Kreuser-Bade is amazing at promoting and educating potential residents about this facility. She is always a terrific resource to me, as I learn more about what the Sunflower Communities have to offer. She is a rock star!
Carol Kreisler-Bade has such compassion for her communities and their residents and families. Her heart is truly in the right place and her dedication to what she does has helped out so many. She is a true gem to the industry. I am so happy our paths crossed.
Stephanie Bauman from Nagel Assisted Living has gone above and beyond in helping my siblings and I overcome the struggles of placing our mom in an Assisted Living facility. But perhaps most important in all of this is the attention she gives to our mom- meeting her at the nursing home to address her questions and bringing her pictures, the activity calendar and even a menu.
