If I could post lower than one star I would. We are so disappointed in the care our loved one is getting or should I say not getting. To have to remind staff of the need for a bath after 10 days is not good. To see the same clothes on her for days unless we are there to change her. To smell her so strongly you feel sick because of lack of bathing. To push the call button for help to finally just do things yourself because no one shows up. To change a brief that is so full of urine that you can ring it out like a wash cloth. We don't ask for special treatment but common care. This is unacceptable. So sad...

Worst place I have ever been in. Went to see a friend he was setting in a old Vinyl chair Without anything in it the vinyl was peeling from where his head was. He was so dirty, had blood on his hands. Fingers nails so long. I would never let my loved ones go there. Don’t even know how they passed Inspection
