My father has advanced dementia and has lived at Elkhart Meadows for seven years. The staff is exceptional as well as the administration team. They communicate very well with me about my dad‘s care and health. He has a decent little room with his own television and bathroom. There is plenty of space in the common area and the dining room For all of the residents and guests as well as a giant fish tank that is well maintained. My dad seems very happy there.

The care that Elkhart Meadows gives their population is exceptional! The management team is always on top of communication with families and welcome visitors with a smile. Great place to send your loved ones ❤️
This the best place for someone with Dementia and Alzheimer's. My special friend is here and the staff are really good with the patient's. When I go there they are very friendly and know me by name. They make sure that people are clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this facility. And give them a 5 star rating. Thank you all for your kind and thoughtful things you do.
It’s very dirty, the rooms are tiny shares rooms with no shower and I wouldn’t want to sleep there. My mother had been there three weeks when she was admitted to the hospital, Dehydrated with multiple bedsores and pressure sores. I’ve emailed the director twice over the last three weeks and she hasn’t responded.
My husband, who has early on set Alzheimer's at 59 years old, receives great care. The whole staff is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, caring . I'm so glad I found Elkhart meadows to help me and my husband through this very difficult and trying time for us. They are a great help.
