Moving to independent living at Elk Ridge was a life changing decision for my mother After visiting several different times, it was easy to see that the community at Elk Ridge was a great fit for my mom. She loves the friendliness of the staff, the closeness of the residents and the numerous activities she gets to participate in. The whole process was well explained and move in was seamless. They offer a number of floor plans but we ultimately chose a two bedroom version that fits my mother’s needs exactly. She is extremely happy with her decision and watching her become involved with making new friends and creating a social network has been a joy. The staff cares for the residents in a way that makes me feel like we are in this together. I can’t tell you the enormous relief it is to have my mother in such good care.

Our Mom moved into independent living in March, from the time we met Shayla and taking a tour in February, everything has been wonderful! Our Mom loves her new place, the balcony and view to the wonderful people and staff (and food is outstanding), everything was so easy and convenient. I’m always a little skeptical about assisted livings, sometimes they sound too good to be true. That is until I saw first hand, the care & compassion that is provided at Elk Ridge Village. This facility blew me away! You can feel the passion as soon as you walk in! Taylor at the front desk, is as inviting & engaging as it gets. Bobbi, the director of nursing, cares so much for every individual she comes across. Finally, Kaitlyn in the memory care does such a wonderful job supporting and caring for her residents. This place is something special, and 5 stars truly isn’t enough.
My family knew there was something different about the Elk Ridge Village staff and facilities the minute we first toured and considered moving there. That instinct turned out to be 100% correct. Excellent staff, facilities, food and activities in a caring environment. After living there almost two years, I decided to move from Omaha to Lincoln and one of the biggest factors my family and I considered when finding a new assisted living facility was getting into another Dial Senior Living property because of our positive experiences with Elk Ridge Village.
Such a friendly loving environment. The staff treat the Residents here like their own family. The buildings and grounds are kept up nicely and the apartments are beautiful. There are many fun activities going on all the time for everyone. Happy hour on Thursdays is always a good time.
