This community has sustained my aunt over the years thru the stages as she ages in a place that remains constant, ethical, respectful, and incredibly supportive with positive mental attitude. The visitors that come with me to visit all have remarked at the TLC, the cleanliness, the activities, the grounds. My aunt would have rated her community as "super dee duper "!!

My 82 year old mother has been so well cared for here. The nursing team and staff are kind and empathetic. My mom says the PT Laura is the best she’s ever had. There are many bad rehab facilities. We are so lucky to have found this one. It is exceptional.
My mother was a resident there from May until December when she passed away. Her care was excellent! The nursing and direct care staff were always helpful, and the ability to have a private room for my mother was really a good thing due to her dementia. The Thanksgiving luncheon with residents' families participating was such a nice event that I do not think could be easily duplicated in view of their access to the large dining hall in the adjacent retirement home for the Sisters of Charity. Our whole family was left with a wonderful experience to remember!
A great, beautiful Medical Facility, a little bit of heaven ! My mom, was here twice for Rehabb. & the Nursing, PT,&Activity, departments, were so kind,caring& Activities had alot of fun times, for her! They are the best of the best ! Second to none ! Constantly, at anytime, very clean ! All departments, have top professionals working there ! Food is very tasty! Nice rooms, with private bathrooms, but most of all the Nursing Dept., can't be better, anywhere !!! The outside areas are wonderful for walking, or watching the sunset,the patio is relaxing, for reading& the Chapel is so calming for every day Mass& prayer services . The Sisters of Charity& Lori Ferrante are doing a excellent job, keeping Elizabeth Seton Res. a gold 5 star ,comfortable,happy place to live or Rehabb.in !!!
Mom spent a week here with a wound vac that needed changing three days a week. She was happy with staff attention, quality of food, room accommodations. Unfortunately staff do not proactively communicate with family, instead giving info to my mom who was confused and couldn’t keep details straight. Hard to get through by phone to someone in the unit for info. I had to always find nurse or unit manager for moms updates. I was told I would be informed when care plan meeting took place and instead it was held in moms room without my knowledge. She relayed incorrect info to me.
