When my mother-in-law moved to Brookdale in 2008 she had been resistant to the idea of assisted living. In less than a month she told us, "This place is wonderful! They do everything for you. I don't have to vacuum, cook or do laundry. It's like being on a cruise ship!" Nine years later she is now 104 (and a half) and has slowed considerably thus needing more services. Brookdale staff couldn't be kinder or more attentive. My wife and I are confident we wouldn't still have her were it not for the care she receives from Brookdale staff that treat her as family. We know we made the right decision in selecting Brookdale.
Been living here almost 2 years. Miss my home, but when you start having health issues or it is inadvisable to stay in your home where, even with an almost new home things break down and have to be repaired, this is a great place. I have made many new friends and enjoy the fellowship and many activities. Not having to cook is a great plus. Come join me!
My mother has been there for the last 18 months and she loves the staff. Staff seem very willing to meet her needs. The only thing she dislikes are the bathrooms. They could use an update.
My grandparents live here. The staff is great! They really do take the time to get to know the residents and strive to meet all of their needs.
