I am always greeted graciously by the staff when I arrive to visit. My family member receives good care and attention from the staff. Staff members seem to truly care about the residents. I have also received a great deal of support from the staff with regards to helping me manage my family member’s needs. It has been a long journey for me to find a place where my family member truly seems to be cared for.

A few days ago I sent my loved one to this facility. The first day was kind of a rough start. However the communication has been wonderful. The social worker seems very nice. I will check back in maybe in a few months for an update.
During our dad’s time at Elevate Care-Waukegan the staff on the first floor was always very accommodating, friendly, caring and supportive. But there is one person who stands out, Andre at the front desk! He would always greet you with a smile, answered any questions we had and if he didn’t know the answer he would find someone who could help! Him being at the front door is one of your biggest assets!
I recently had the opportunity to interact with Elevate Care Waukegan and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff. In particular, Jamie, the administrator, stood out for her exceptional leadership and commitment to resident care.
My mom has been there 2 days so far and the staff is very nice and friendly. I'm praying it stays that way. I was very scared to leave her. It's only short term but if she had to stay longer I would feel comfortable if she had to!
