It is scary that with such a large aging population on Cape Cod this is the only resource for reporting elder abuse. Especially when nothing is done about the numerous reports and calls. It's heartbreaking that I may never get to say goodbye to my Mom or that she will never get to see her grandkids again.
Unfortunately, this organization is very poor at communications, rarely returning phone calls. I also had to report an incident of verbal abuse by one of their homemakers. I have not had a good experience with this organization and therefore, I do not recommend using them.
This organization has excellent services for the elderly community on the cape. However, it does concern me of the management’s lack of regard, support and respect for employees who are striving to do their best under an outrageous caseload which in turn affects clients when their employees aren’t properly supported. Individual care managers were wonderful and I appreciated their dedication.
Staff is wonderful friendly, informative, and extremely helpful. Great bunch of people
