Elder Care Finders is another great division of Horizon Care Services. Andrea Albertini and her team at Horizon always go the extra mile. Their placement services, Elder Care Finders, has come through in some really difficult situations I have had with my Veteran clients and helped to get my clients placed the perfect environment for their challenging needs. I’ve given them some tough cases and they never disappoint. They keep me, the client and the family involved and up to date all along the way. I always recommend Horizon Care Services and Elder Care Finders.
When people aren’t quite ready for assisted living I recommend Horizon Care Services. I have never had a bad experience recommending or calling on Horizon Care Services. The caregivers are wonderful, compassionate and professional. Even if your love one is in and assisted-living community Horizon Care Services will be an asset.
