I hope they fixed the alarms. They go off in the hallways and your room at Avery high decibel. The management was horrible and will lie about you rather than fix what is wrong. They do not care about tenants. I left almost 2 years ago so maybe it is better. Seniors. Really deserve much better treatment. Also that is not the actual property in the pictures.

I’ve lived here for over 4 years. Ever since the doors opened back in 2019. This company has gone through 16 different managers in the time I’ve been here plus numerous maintenance. The last set of employees that were here when I left were the rudest and most unreliable people I’ve ever had to deal with in the last year I was here. I even tried to counter sue the people but was unsuccessful. I would never ever recommend them to anyone for a place to live. There’s never any decent activity here and nothing ever changes to break up the monotony around here. Be careful about eating and drinking in that damn game room!!!
First those pictures are of the new complex Grands of Cibolo next door and not El Sereno. The furniture and deck around the pool is covered with bird droppings, there are no umbrellas. And we are still having fire alarms 5 years after opening.
I absolutely love living here! Wonderful pool, gym and exercise room. Management listens and is supportive of our wants/needs. Maintenence staff is friendly and helpful. Recently added pool table, tabletop shuffleboard and bowling. Big screen TV.
I lived here for two years moved in 3 months after it opened..I loved it..I was on the third floor, And did not have any problems, only one bad neighbor but there is always One Bad Apple in the bunch right!!! The grounds are well-manicured, the residents are awesome, the only negative I can say is the owners out in California really need to find a good management company to handle the kinks that still need to be worked out due to a new building and all it's codes..
