Thank you to Victor, will not continue to freeze the blustery, cold Sunday. I reside at Edison Woods 1903 . I called maintenance hotline as the temperature in my home was 66F (430pm) and the thermostat is at 73. I explained on the call my situation Victor said he would come over and check out the issue. He was here within 5 minutes. He Checked to make sure the thermist alexa thermostat was correct and so it was. He went down to the furnace & found the issue. Quickly and efficiently. I will start to warm up as of 450pm THANKS to Victor.

Maintenance was very good in fixing my light was very fast and sufficient and friendly. Didn’t have to wait long. Thank you Victor
Raphael came to paint my kitchen. It needed spackling and caulking as well. He did everything and it was done professionally. Raphael even did a great job cleaning up after he finished. So happy with my freshly painted kitchen! Thanks so much!!
Nice and safe and quiet. Plenty of parking. BJ's is right across the street and a dollar tree is down the street; but it's kind of isolated to anything alse.
Good Mtce is crucial. W/o it, a great apt. can turn into a nitemare. I’ve lived here for 5+ yrs. & after many svce requests, I can confirm that mtce here is Excellent! It starts w/good mgmt. headed by Steve. I can always go to him if things get too crazy. & his mtce crew is excellent. Had a water leak in my apt recently. Rolly (sp?) was 1st on the scene & he was super kind & courteous. Then came his supervisor Jeff who is always great. After a lot of work, the 2 of them figured out where the leak was coming from. Wow! Then came super. Victor whose knowledge of the building is amazing. He was able to fully assess & explain the mitigation process to me in secs. They all worked together as a super team & kept my great apt from becoming a nitemare. That’s the kind of team u want & u have it here! - Pat
