I have a sister in Edgewood Creek Eagle Island, and I am so grateful for their staff and the care they give her and also to me. I know this kind of personal attention and kindness is an immediate reflection of their head administrator Suzie. Suzie has always made me feel as if my concerns and questions are important. I know whenever there is a problem or issue with my sister, Suzie has always understood and found a solution. I feel my sister has the best care possible, never ignored and her care is first and foremost important to every person that works in this facility. For the first time, since my sister has been in Idaho, she is happy and content, which give me ultimate peace of mind.

My mom was in the Memory Care unit for a little over 2 years. During that time I was impressed how the staff took such good care of her, treating her with dignity, compassion and humor. I also have had a few conversations with the Executive Director who was generous with her time answering my questions. Would definitely recommend this facility.
Daughter is in memory care. Staff are really patient and caring for the most part. Wish there was smaller patient, caregiver ratio but I believe this is a difficult job to staff so their doing the best they can.
I had my mom here for just under a year. She had a horrible accident before coming in and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I personally deal with the majority of the staff in one way or another and honestly I couldn’t be happier with there services and assistance in caring for my mom. I did notice a few bad reviews from several years ago, and this definitely is not the case now. Everyone from management, to the front desk, nurses, care staff, maintenance and even the gal that took care of my mom’s hair, were delightful, caring and professional. The home itself is very nice, modern, comfortable and many of the rooms offer nice views of the mountains. I very happy with the amazing services they provided for my mom.
They stole my mom's decorations and furniture when she left because of the ridiculous payments... which is all they care about!
