It's been eleven years since our mother, now 101 years old, made the Marie-Antoinette Residence her new home. She is happy there, pampered by the staff, protected by the nurses, under the attentive and human gaze of Management. The activities brighten up the afternoons, the food is good (we have tasted it several times...), the hygienic conditions, both in terms of personal care and housekeeping, have always given us satisfaction. During this decade, we have known several directors, each showing great closeness with residents, families and staff. This establishment represents, for us, a big family, and we have never regretted this choice.

Merci.
Yes Mr. Y.Q. I'm talking about the same establishment as you. My grandfather's stay went really badly, and even then I haven't written everything down. Madam Director, despite your telephone request, I will not withdraw my opinion. You are lucky that these few people are kind to you in trying to counter my negative opinion. But that doesn't influence me in any way. Future residents and their families must be warned. This doesn't just happen on TV, it doesn't just happen to other people. I can't give zero stars otherwise my review won't be published but that's all your establishment deserves.
I have been a nursing assistant in this establishment for years, your comment really impacts the morale of the teams because we always ensure good care for our residents whatever their level of autonomy. We are always there to respond to their well-being and meet their needs. You should know that we are all available to families to answer their questions and support them if the need arises. If your loved one is a resident with us and you have any problems then we invite you to come and talk to us about it. We are available and at your disposal. We work closely with families, we know how to listen to them to improve the care of dependent or non-dependent residents.
Since 2011, three of my relatives have been residents of this establishment; my mother is still there and I visit her 2 or 3 times a week. This is why I find the words of Mrs. J.A. unacceptable in their virulence and injustice. Are we talking about the same establishment?? My family and I appreciate the kindness, the attention to residents, the availability: I have never seen anyone flee, quite the contrary. Furthermore, we must emphasize the immense patience of all the staff who can only arouse our admiration. I understand that the death of Mrs. J's grandfather. A. can affect it. However, his remarks, his words, seem completely excessive to me and are extremely hurtful for all the staff: They are lies. Ms. J.A. don't you feel a little isolated in your judgment?
