Highmark taking these over from Jaybird was the best thing to ever happen. The staff is amazing and made the transition easy for my dad - helped move him in and are taking good care to ensure he’s getting the assistance he needs. Though we are still very involved and visit often, I’m confident my dad is in good hands help take the load off of us and ensure he has what he needs. Clean, pleasant and energized building - both residents and staff. Highly recommend checking out this community!
I was trying to retire but kept a PRN status at Tuscany, I love the residents and staff, been here two years this month and I’m not ready to be done yet.
My mother loves Edencrest. And so do we. The staff, especially Shawn K. are excellent, responsive, cheerful and competent. The other residents are very friendly and welcoming. Shawn helped our family through the entire process of moving to Edencrest and we are extremely thankful for his guidance and help. He is a great asset to your team !
I moved my Mom to Edencrest a little over a year ago. She has loved her independent living apartment. Now that she's needing more care and is moving into assisted living, the management and staff couldn't be more caring and helpful. I have complete trust in the entire staff! It's never easy when your loved ones begin to need more care, but Tina, Shawna always communicate with me, and along with the entire staff, they put my mind at ease and I know my Mom is in great hands!
