This community has such a nice warm feeling when you walk in. It starts at the front desk, continues to the kitchen and the caregivers and nurses are wonderful! I would recommend this community to anyone looking for Assisted Living and Memory Care.

My grandmother lived here for less than a month during her final few weeks of life. She often was soiled and forgotten about when we came to visit. After we weren’t able to call her for a few days, we discovered her SIM card was stolen from her phone at some point. Front desk staff openly talked about how horrible the company was. Doors were never locked to apartments. Very unimpressed with this facility. The more time you spend here during various times of the day, the more you’ll see.
The staff members are absolutely amazing. They are supportive and they truly care about the residents and families.
I can't say enough about the cleaniness and great staff of Charter Poplar Creek. Everyone is so friendly and helpful from reception, maintenance, nurses and especially the staff of the memory care unit, Harbor Cove. The staff goes over and above in assistance to residents and family. I visit at least 4 times per week and see it every time I'm there in some form either with my loved one or one of the other residents they are attending to as well as any request we have. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for great care.
Charter Senior Living is a wonderful community for your elderly loved one. The truly exceptional staff is highly trained, kind, caring & makes residents feel valued. Upon entering Charter Senior Living, there is a warm & welcoming positive atmosphere, & it’s evident that the residents & staff have a lot of fun! The dining room serves delicious meals, the field trips are enjoyable & the wide variety of activities provide for all interests. We appreciate everyone at Charter!
