The team of staff is so amazing- feels almost like a family. Biggest shoutouts to Carleen, John, Martha, Felicia, and Sherry and also to Tina and Sue, and others who I am forgetting (Christy and CNAs like Laurie and others)- all have been so kind and helpful. Maisy and I appreciate all of you so much- you really have helped us feel comfortable and welcome!
The community is beautiful and everything is kept up well. Nature walks are so great. All the outdoor space is wonderful. The chapel is very important to me. There are always fun activities going on. The activity staff always keeps us busy and keeps our minds working. I love the front office staff.
We'd like to share our experience of our loved one being a former resident here. We were overall very pleased with the care and cleanliness of the residence hall. It was simple to gather in the dining area with family by scheduling with the office. We hosted a birthday and other holiday celebrations there. We'd especially like to thank staffmember Carleen for her personal attention. It was a joy to know our loved ones were in great care.
I've visited this location several times and was always welcomed by the warm staff at the front desk, I believe her name was Felicia she was nice and very informative. The residents always look in high spirits when I visit. The outside of the facility was really nice as was the inside. Upon visiting I spoke with the activity director Karnesha over the phone and she was always polite and nice. When we visited she gave me a lot of insight on all of the activities they've been doing to keep the residents in high spirits during this uneventful time. I'm so happy we chose this facility for our loved one to live here, the staff and management is clearly doing an exceptional job especially during the times of covid. I'm happy they are well taken care of by everyone at this facility.
