I cannot say enough great things about Eden Heights of Olean. The staff is amazing (every single one of them) and have the best interest of their Residents in heart! There are many activities always going on - above and beyond your typical BINGO game. They strive to engage residents and think outside of the box to make that happen! If you are looking for a "Homelike" environment, Eden Heights of Olean is what you are looking for! They truly listen to your concerns, which is hard to find these days, and truly make you feel like part of their family. Every interaction I have had has been nothing short of positive!

I wanted to share this story with you. I was in town a few weeks ago and had my 7 year old niece, her mom and my mother Barb at dinner. The seven year old has a box of questions designed to help families get to learn about each other so Coraline asks the question "what are you grateful for?". When if was Mom's turn. Here was her response: I am grateful for all the nurses, caretakes and staff at my new home. She rattled off several names: Kathy, Kelsey, Gary, Fiona, Kirsten and some guy in the dining hall, what she said was that each of you are such good caretakers and that you call her by name and go out of your way to help her feel at home and cared for, Fiona now knows how she likes her laundry done and the dining staff know just the right way to fix her coffee, the housekeeper that cleans her space when a vacuum is needed, etc. Small acts of kindness that go a very long way. This is high praise and I wanted you to hear it. My sisters and I are so grateful for the work you do daily with all your residents and especially our Mom Barb. Please share this with all your team.
Gary was so helpful getting my Father in-law into the facility as soon as possible. He has compassion and legitimately cares for the families and our loved ones needs . facility is clean and staff is amazing. It helps ease our worries knowing he's going to be taken care of. Thank you Gary and all the nursing staff
We recently moved my father into Eden Heights. Gary is easy to work with and very attentive to my father’s needs. His responses to any questions we had were quick and caring. My father was comfortable right away. The staff was very friendly and kind as soon as we walked in the door. I feel so comfortable having my dad there.
Eden Heights of Olean is an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community with caring and compassionate staff. On my visits the staff are always welcoming and makes me feel like your at Home. I feel confident in recommending their care to my mom.
