1 star - and that's only because of ONE caregiver who was really nice... and even smiled... (otherwise, unfortunately, it wouldn't be any!) One star would be too many in my opinion. At first, I heard stories about this facility from my friend for years, but didn't really believe them (how many diapers per day, water at the bedside, etc.). Until she herself had to be in short-term care there, where her husband had been/has been in a nursing home for years. I was relatively irritated and even shocked during my visits! Empathy towards residents - no! (During the last visit, a resident called for a nurse in the hallway for minutes... eventually, someone came, or the resident gave up (I couldn't get away from my friend at the time and was busy with her myself... so I don't know) Sometimes rude, unfriendly, cold towards visitors - yes! Resident drops call button and can't reach it himself... bad luck! Someone comes into the room again at mealtimes... My friend has now passed away, and her husband, who still lives there, doesn't even know! (It's been two weeks now!) Why? Why wasn't he allowed to be with her when it was clear she was dying??? Why was he only brought to her occasionally all this time? Unfortunately, she could only lie down, but pushing him to her in a wheelchair for a short time must be possible at least every two or three days?! Too uncomfortable for the staff? CARE means more than medications and routines.... it also means Showing heart—even though nursing is a really stressful job, I know that! Unfortunately, there was hardly any warmth here. What was originally a lovingly run horse farm has become a cold "something" for me. Personally, I understand something different by a nursing home or short-term care! I hope the home reconsiders its attitude toward residents and families. Nursing isn't just a job—it's a matter of respect and compassion. I've unfortunately missed both here. ...thanks to the person who at least told me today that I don't "need" to go to the nursing home on Thursday (none of you!!) Data protection in the exaggerated sense, sends its regards. I'm truly stunned, totally disappointed, and just sad!

Not suitable for people in need of serious care. In addition, administration and nursing services do not work hand in hand.
no recommendation, the residents are hardly checked. Individual needs are also not taken into account.
A great nursing home! My grandma feels very comfortable there. From the care to the rich food and the events on offer (crafts, singing, dancing) to the nice roommates, she really enjoys her stay at 83 years old. I found the staff to be very friendly and respectful when dealing with their residents. Above all, the facility manager, Ms. Kubat, is very warm and always has an open ear.
Actually, no star at all!!!!The house and its employees and management are just a catastrophe. Services are paid for and not carried out, necessities miraculously disappear. In the dining room, people who cannot eat properly are absolutely discriminated against (This is a retirement home with old and sick people!!) The cook feels disturbed by these patients!! The eyes roll when you say something, the head nurse acts like he's the smartest.....well I could go on listing points like this for hours, but it's no use. Everyone should think carefully about letting someone move in there as their final place of residence, I wouldn't opt for that again..
