Great location, good service, friendly staff
My club and I have used the services of ECOS Eschborn, both in terms of space and address, and we have been extremely satisfied. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and not pushy or unfriendly as some reviewers have described. Both the club and I highly recommend ECOS Eschborn.
I have been a customer at the ecos office center Eschborn since summer 2019, so for 3 years now. As a business consultant, I rely on a strong back office. From the beginning, I felt extremely comfortable, welcomed and understood at ecos office center, i.e. with Managing Director Yvonne and her team. You and your team know what is important. My calling depends on reaction, participation and collaboration between all departments - mandate, back office, consultants, stakeholders. All processes must mesh smoothly. If you will, Yvonne and her team, the ecos office center, are the heart of my system in order to be able to provide my clients with profitable advice and support. I can rely 100% on Yvonne and her team. No matter what my advice demands of me, I know that the ecos office center Eschborn provides me with the organizational basis to be able to deliver top performance. It's a shame that you can only give five stars on Google, I should actually give it a 10 out of 10!
I would have liked to become a customer but because of the lady I reached at the number given - I decided against it. You should definitely teach her communication skills and generally how to talk to people in everyday business life. When asked normal questions, she seemed annoyed and there was always a passive-aggressive undertone. The answers were short and only the minimum was said. Generally a condescending manner was displayed here. The rapid hanging up of the phone at the end of the conversation reinforced the whole thing. In short: 1 star for the “Managing Director” on the phone. I can't judge the service because I haven't booked anything.
