I got hired to work at Echoing Hills at the age of 17 out of high school. I absolutely loved the company and my residents. In the year 2018, I came back to work for Echoing Hills. Everything seemed good to new administration, and coordinators came on board.

I loved it there. Love the residents. I enjoyed it til I didn’t. I try to visit the residents still but they allow staff and drama to take away from them who deserve it all. It’s drama and if you aren’t liked watch out. People jump to conclusions and it will ruin your opportunities to make the residents happy.
If I could give this place one star I would. absolutely DISGUSTING. most people who work in this establishment not care about the residents. I would never send my loved one to this place. the bad outweighs the good as far as the employees who work here. there is a lot of things going on here that this place would actually get shut down for if they found out what was really going on behind closed doors. Let me just tell you if you get hired they try to make themselves look like they care about the employees. they will order food for new hires during orientation and say they like to buy the employees food a lot. So not true! it’s all a show and a front. after you get on the floor there really isn’t food for the employees maybe just table scraps from first shift if they are even lucky to get food. there’s a lot of gossiping and drama. people talk behind your back so stick to yourself at this not so Christian place they preach to be.
This place is absolutely disgusting, I feel bad for the residents that unfortunately have to live in this filth of establishment. I think OSHA will be called in very soon to see how poorly this place is ran and how some of the staff treat the residents. And this is a place of Jesus Christ apparently.... guess they believe in keeping things dirty and treating the special needs poorly. Not too mention this place also discriminates against applicants who the managers feel are either gay , non Christian, or who have piercings. If you don't believe this is true , try for yourself if you apply to any of the three characteristics I mentioned.
Very caring. Loving staff takes great care of the residents. It's clean and well organized. They are a Christian home.
