I visited my mother in law at this place and was disgusted. I’m not even sure how they are open. Nurses blatantly ignored all of us. Filthy and unsanitary. I’m not sure how anyone reviews this place with more than one star. Should be a place for ZERO stars. Their doors should be shut and never opened again!!!

Horrible the place stunk of urine people are sitting around all day. In chair is not entertained or doing anything. The food was horrible. I took my mother out of there really quick really quick. She always smelled the utine down the hall every time I bought a new clothes, they were stolen every single time I go to the final closet empty with old sweatpants that belong to somebody else when I ask for an investigation I got no response
Exceptional Care and Compassionate Staff My experience with Easton skilled nursing home has been outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who were genuinely attentive to our needs. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents. The care provided by the nurses and aides is top-notch. They are not only professional and knowledgeable but also compassionate and patient. The activities and social events offered are diverse and engaging, providing residents with plenty of opportunities to stay active and socialize. The sense of community at this facility is truly remarkable. I highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking.
My mother was here for two weeks for rehab and womb care. She and I praised the staff for being so friendly and caring. Mom was at two other facilities before and this facility is way better. I would recommend this facility for the rehabilitation and care of your loved ones.
My father is a resident of the Promedica in Easton. I am posting photos of the inside of his room with water stains on the ceiling, drywall cracks, and peeling wall paper. The furniture is old and falling apart. The condition of the room is deplorable, depressing and unacceptable. What has Promedica done since they took over to remedy this? Expend funds to put up fancy signs outside and in the hallways which means absolutely nothing to the people that live there. This demonstrates how Promedica prioritizes their patient’s standard of living. However, it also just scratches the surface of the problems with this place. Two years into covid and they consistently blame their problems on understaffing due to Covid - which is completely unacceptable at this time. Issues are brought to the attention of the administrator and despite reassurances that action will be taken, the same problems come up over and over again. There are unacceptable mistakes made confusing patients, “medical orders” are blatantly ignored and basic human needs like WATER and BATHING are down right optional to these people. As expressed by other reviewers there are frequent issues getting someone to answer the phone (this has also been brought to the attention of the administrator without recourse countless times with varying different excuses). I am truly ashamed that my father Iives at this establishment and I would urge anyone considering this place to explore other options for their family member - don’t be fooled by the fancy signs. Also, don’t bother giving me the canned response with a phone number and email address claiming you care - you people know exactly how to reach me.
