This is a clean, welcoming and wonderful building to be at. I’ve been to many nursing homes and coming here is very delightful. From the minute I walk in, and as I walk through the building to either visit staff or a resident, the facility is well maintained.

My stay at Eagle ridge was the very best out of the best that I've ever stayed in any nursing home ever in my 77 years of living and I wanted to thank everybody that was involved in it. The staff was wonderful the day shift the night shift all the nurses CNAs all the people that helped out the Cooks in the kitchen and the people that cleaned up to the people that organized festivities for the people that could get around it was wonderful and great kudos for the people who tried to get you to exercise and get you back in shape again me especially cuz I was a hard and but they hung in there and finally got me in shape they were wonderful people and they all showed me that they all cared not just a few but all of them. I would just like to take the time to thank everybody there they were terrific and as far as I'm concerned Eagle Ridge was the nursing home I've ever been in I highly recommend it to anybody thanks for listening to me so it's me now saying goodbye and thanks once again and I'm putting my name to it cuz it's that important Edward H Cousineau
I come to visit a resident. I am met by friendly helpful staff. I am greeted by every person I pass. My friend seems to have her needs met and she is also greeted by staff with a smile and friendly words. However the new sign in station is not user friendly. But, putting it on a box to get it up past the waist would make it significantly better.
Been visiting a friend there for a couple months now. The staff is very nice and friendly, very well-kept place
Staff is always pleasant and patient. They assist my Grandmother with care and so much kindness. I don't know any of your names but I'd like to thank each and every one of you!!! You'll never know how grateful and thankful I am that you're there to care for her.
