5 Stars! The staff is incredible! Very compassionate! They are taking such great care of my brother on his road to recovery. Clean facility that even takes care in decorating for the seasons. Amazing dining hall views too! My family is very thankful for Eagle Pointe!

Terrible place! My MIL was there let me tell you she lost 20 pounds, left with infection and now hospitalized! She was supposed to be there for rehab but they didn’t even do anything for her!! Food is terrible! Only 1 nurse actually seemed to truly care about her! Got her out never going back! If you have family there you better visit more often, not the same times and show up unexpectedly!!!
My Elderly mother came to Stonerise after being in a couple much more poorly run facilities. She likes it so much more, her biggest fear seems to be them closing it down and she having to go somewhere else. Much nicer and cleaner facility than others, lot of activities for the residents. They also have a separate sealed off wing for the Alzheimers/Dementia patients, so the ones that have good cognitive function like my mother can have pretty much free run of the place without having to worry about those with cognitive problems wandering in their rooms, getting into their personal belongings etc. (which was a problem at other facilities).
Everyone is so nice and my brother has been well taken care of here. The Physical therapy team is wonderful with him and he enjoys staying there while he is recovering.
I deliver food for door dash and had an order for one of there employees. Policy is to take a picture of the food to send the customer. I was yelled at by the front desk about a strict no camera policy. No patients, no meds, no charts. It was literally a bag of food on a empty counter top. Never had this problem at any other nursing home or hospital. My question is what are you hiding that you are that terrified for someone to have their phone out?
