If you want a horrible experience, go ahead and live here. From the moment I moved in there were issues with me taking over a lease for someone. I think technically I couldn’t move in for 2 whole months because of how slow they were. They kept mixing my sister and I up and put me as the head of household? We mentioned it several times and nothing was ever fixed so I was constantly pestered when the leasing office would call. Very annoying each time I would let them know and they would just carry on with the conversation! The staff are rude and don’t know how to handle any situation. One time someone else paid our rent because the leasing office put down the wrong apartment when they brought a check in. How does that even happen. We had “2 accounts” because of me taking over the lease for someone and a few times we were called about “not paying rent” but they just put the money into our second account. Wtf! When we tried to get our ledger, they didn’t even have my sisters name on it!!! That’s kind of important since our new apartment wanted that… yes she was on the lease. They got a new system that only included the last 6 months - 1 year of our stay, so we could not even prove we had lived there for the entire time of our rental agreement. To top it all off, they will charge you out the A once you move out. The carpet when we moved in was so bad, pulled out our black light and there were stains from the past tenants everywhere. We cleaned that place top to bottom, filled every single tack hole, shampooed and vacuumed till it was perfect. you name it we did It. We got charged $165 for cleaning, $373.91 for replacing all carpet, $70 for both toilet seats, and $20 for light bulbs that very well could have been out, so I’ll give them that. They charge you for stuff they just wanna fix because it’s “time” for an upgrade. It also took about 4 months to get an invoice for our charges. I absolutely wanted to fight these charges. But I’m in school and work full time, I don’t have the time or energy. I just paid the charges and went on with my life. Consider a different apartment, or fight to get ur well deserved money back. I’ll include some pics just to show how amazing we left this place.

I had an amazing experience touring Eagle View Apartments, and I can’t recommend it enough! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a great mix of comfort and convenience. What truly made the visit stand out was Alli Parker—she was absolutely fantastic! Alli was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered all my questions with patience and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. If you’re considering moving here, definitely ask for Alli—you’ll be in great hands!
Edit: I am changing my review to 1 star. I called the number provided to me in the response to this review and the only help they had to offer me was to say they couldn’t help me and that i had to call corporate…. which as i mentioned in my review has been the whole problem. I enjoyed my time at Eagle Point and while I was a resident i had very few problems. (The office staff was wonderful!) However, these problems were quite severe when they happened. Within the first week of living in my apartment the kitchen vent began leaking profusely and flooded my kitchen floor. Luckily there was no damage however they checked it out and were unable to find the cause. There was a massive water stain on my ceiling for the rest of the time i lived there (that on a separate occasion maintenance asked if we had reported before) but it never happened again. My second issue was my stove. One of our burners did not work despite more than one work order mentioning it. We were actually told by maintenance “it works” and they left without doing anything more than looking at it for two seconds. There was a ton of other random stuff that i didn’t care all that much about for example all of our thermostat controls were upside down and we had to get them fixed to use our heat and there were a lot of stains but that’s to be expected with an older apartment. These issues were minor and didn’t affect me all that much. Prior to move out I probably would have given this place 5 stars and was actually planning on moving back into a different unit. However this process has been terrible. We have waited literal months for our move out charges to be calculated (which is done by one woman from corporate; not even on sight) and we have been charged for everything they could think of many of these things the apartment had before we lived there. We have a total of more than 400$ on top of the non refundable fee we paid to move in despite leaving the unit spotless. If you move in make sure to document and take picture of EVERYTHING during move in and move out because they will find something.
I have been thinking about moving back to my home town for a while but wanted to get a feel for what was on the market. I had been in town visiting some family, and while I was there I decided to see if I could tour some apartments. Alli Parker had assisted me in this process. She was very helpful, informative, and gave me a great tour while I was in town! I haven’t decided if I will be moving back yet, but if I do, Eagle Point will definitely be in the running! Thank you Alli for making me feel welcomed and for being patient with me, you are so great!
The customer service at these apartments is great! Alli took me and my boyfriend on a tour and she was amazing. She was helpful and patient when it came to answering all of our questions on the tour as well as being helpful with any questions we had after as well! Would highly recommend looking into these apartment if you’re looking for something.
