So many residents are misassigned there. Many need more intervention, while some need less. This facility is conveniently located near Route 9, Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital, Vassar Hospital, and local community services. The level grounds and single floor interior makes it easy for residents to get around. This facility accepts Medicaid.
I call my mother useally every other day maybe every two days I'm left on hold for about 20-40 minutes tops before I get an answer on top of that when I call about questions I can never get a straight answer or no one wants to call me back on anything. Aggravating! Amd the staff just give you attitudes about everything
Steals peoples money and has mice running around and giving them moldy food and not letting them leave when they don't wanna live there
