It is a nice facility for seniors to meet, greet, and exercise. I met an old friend just to chat. I was a member a few years ago for exercise. Drop by and check them out.
This is an excellent place for seniors. A place to come to get out the house and tons of options of things to do. And some of the friendliest people I have ever met!
I am enjoying the staff and the learning experience. Exercise instructor is great. My quilting instructor is super - very patience and full of sewing knowledge.
It's amazing what people who work and volunteer here do for the elder population. If you're over 55 and live in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary or surrounding areas, come here! It will be totally worth it and you'll have a very good time and will find a lot of fun activities to participate in. They also have a hispanic group that meets every Wednesday! So hispanic people are more than welcome here.
