My Grandma is currently in this building she has had a wonderful time and talks positively about the staff! She likes her servers they are really nice and her personal favorite is Rodrigue I would like to thank him for taking such good care of my grandma! :)
My grandfather just left Dunwoody Village today where he was for several weeks for skilled rehab. The care he received was excellent as well as the therapy! We have zero complaints! Would definitely recommend Dunwoody for a short-term skilled nursing!
Very Nice looking place but unfortunately the workers aren’t they’ll start off overwhelmed nice to you very Great AcTing when applied for job but once you in as employee your trash it is no different from the average nursing home (it depends on the day )the workers are unprofessional ,rude/disrespectful to each others a lot of egos ,no one mind their business lack of communication and lack of care and very short staffed like any other place. Very bad experience for 2023 but honestly it maybe different for someone else !! 5 stars 2 yrs in the row for what mmmm no sorry but building nice looking everything else (Good Luck)
Addendum : Met with Monica just this week she was very welcoming and toured us through the facility . After a few health care issues in my family and myself, I decided I should start looking at my future living and care arrangements. I arrived in my post workout clothes. I asked if I could speak to someone about scheduling a tour. The reception I would say was quite the judgmental one. LOL, without knowing anything about me, basically what came across was your too young *( thank you) and " you need a lot of money." Whoa, lol ... I have been working in Healthcare since the age of 22. I know what a continuing care community is...and lol the one thing that was stressed is I would need to provide a financial statement. I literally had only been in conversation for 5 minutes. One of my fears with communities like this is it's a Hugh financial investment( lol thank you, I already knew that) ... and my biggest fear is YOUR financial stability. After this 5 min meeting, I want to burn your brochure rather than schedule a tour for your 10-year waiting list. All you did in the 5 minutes was make me more worried about your financial stability and what happens to me if you default after an upfront fee . It was a one person 5 min conversation but turned my stomach, which is a shame because I have lived near this community since 1990 and have driven through your property many times, just trying to see if it felt right... Well, thanks, this fixed that. Won't be wasting time doing that anymore. ...and lol I am going to be sure to show up to the next place after a bad night of work in post workout clothes. You learn a mountain of information that way. Looking elsewhere
