I have been in scramble mode to help my mother transition from a guardianship of her in Michigan to Ohio in an attempt to obtain a better facility that is only 10 minutes from me vs. 5.6 hours. Brutal drive. My wife who is in this field and I have exhausted 10's of locations and Dublin Glenn, The Team, The Staff, Being Safe, Secure was win/win. So much having my mother here and what the Staff does to help my mother with day to day life. Would recommend to anyone.
Dublin Glenn provides exceptional care! The team is so supportive of their residents and families. The community has recently been updated and is a beautiful environment to care for our loved ones.
I have a loved one that has lived at Dublin Glenn for almost 2 years. The staff here truly cares about the residents and treats them with respect and dignity, and honors their lives. The huge advantage that Dublin Glenn has over most other memory care facilities is that the vast majority of the staff are in- house employees, carefully chosen, and properly trained, versus the "agency" staffing at other facilities. Agency staff are essentially temporary staff. Temporary staff means that the people taking care of your loved one are constantly changing, don't really have the chance to get to know the residents, and residents with memory issues never get to know the staff. This often has a very negative effect on the residents and the quality of their care. We learned this the hard way at another facility. The caring, in-house staff at Dublin Glenn takes care of my loved one as well as or better than I ever could at home. I can sleep at night knowing that my family member is safe, cared for, and cared about. That means the world to me! Without a doubt this is an excellent place to seek care for a loved one who is living with dementia.
It’s been a pleasure to work alongside the team offering care from our Zusman Hospice staff. The residents always seem well cared for when we are onsite and staff seems to be happy which is always a welcome site to see. While the facility is beautifully redecorated we know it’s more than the look of the building that tells a story. Keep up the great work!
