I would like to complain about the home, I worked there myself and things aren't going well with colleagues, especially in ward 1 where I was. And the bosses only feign interest, but if you really have a problem then you wouldn't be helped and the hygiene regulations wouldn't always be followed.

I was a trainee here in 2017 and was treated well, except by a certain person from the cleaning department. She always had something to say about me, but the others didn't agree with her and once she even wrote to me so much that I had to cry. Nevertheless, I was always friendly and polite. But still, I can no longer stand the way she treats me. That's why I didn't want to do this training anymore.
My grandmother was in this institution for short-term care. She was given medication at lunchtime even though she never gets medication at lunchtime; someone from the family happened to be there. And when it was brought up, we were told, "Well, that can always happen (that you get the medication from another resident)?? What's wrong with that? There was neither an apology nor any other explanation. The whole thing happened on ward 3. I hope that those responsible get appropriate training for it. Maybe one where you learn empathy. That's not possible!!!
We always agreed with the care and the decisions made by the staff and were able to give our grandma some pleasant times in the home.
My husband attends day care, thanks to all the staff for their loving care
