I began working at Dow Rummel Village 2 years ago. I can honestly say that it has been the best career choice for me. It is incredibly rewarding and fulfilling to work on a team that continuously strives for quality and excellence. I am honored to serve our residents that live here.
Dow Rummel Village is a great place to work. I have relatives that live here too, and I can attest it's also a good place for loved ones to reside! Living and working in a community based on the values of Dignity, Excellence, Teamwork, Belonging, and Growth is a gift.
Dow Rummel does not treat most of their employees well, yes they have great benefits and many of the staff that work there are fantastic people but management definitely plays favorites and if they don't like you or the things you're saying about their management style they will fabricate a reason to fire you. For instance they fired me for a charge I had previously disclosed to them saying the state prohibited someone with my charge working in a facility (it was a misdemeanor affray) I called the state board of nursing and the board of health and they both stated that this was false. Especially considering the state renewed my license.
What an amazing place! 5 out of 5 stars! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my mother for 13 years! She loved it there! First class all the way!
