A very nice, centrally located facility. The employees make every effort to ensure good quality of care despite today's nursing shortage. The facility manager and the nursing service manager do their best and put their whole heart into it. It's not common these days for managers to know their residents so well. When Mr. Ferro enters the room, it is filled. A lot of attention is also paid to individuality and personal needs. Social care also does its best. I once worked for the facility and can only report positive things. The facility was once in a much worse state. Good luck to the team and the best to the residents.

We were urgently looking for a place for our mother and thanks to Mr. Ferro, the facility manager, we quickly got one. Despite all the bureaucracy, he managed to get our mother to move quickly. She feels comfortable, the nursing staff is very nice, she is heard and there is always someone there. The atmosphere is very familiar and we also feel comfortable when we visit.
A really great retirement home with a warm and friendly atmosphere! Mr. Ferro runs the facility with a lot of heart, and Ms. Hasselbach and the entire nursing staff are incredibly caring and committed. The residents are lovingly cared for here - you can tell that everyone feels really comfortable!
As of January 12th at around 3:00 p.m. in front of the entrance to the underground car park to visit a friend. I found it very irritating that there was no answer to my doorbell or that no one found it necessary to answer the phone. Sunday afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at the best time for visitors, the reception is not staffed.
The house is very centrally located and yet quiet with tram and bus connections. The rooms are very bright with large windows. The nursing staff is super nice and Mr. Kohlstedt in particular helped me very efficiently and quickly with all of my questions and administrative matters Thank you!!!
