Huge shout out to Sarah for assisting me and aligning everything up for my mom's arrival. Sarah spent hours and hours gathering all details and helping me with things that should of been done on the hospitals end. Without her, I'm not sure if my mom would of got accepted in a rehab program or how any of this would of worked out. She has went above and beyond since my call on Friday, so I am confident and comfortable knowing the rest of the care will be top notch, too. Thanks for helping not only with the family's stress and emotions on the alignment, but also understanding the patients are coming to you in a very vulnerable and emotional state themselves. I look forward to watching my mother's progress at your facility! Thank you for setting the standards high and displaying compassion and empathy, Ms. Sarah!
Beware!!! If I could give zero stars i would have. This is NOT a Rehab place. My father was an amputee and all they did was 6 days of rehab (end of August) then charged him private pay for 2 months even though he was approved for 100 days of rehab! I do not ever recommend anyone going here for rehab!
Hands down, one of the best nursing homes you can find! Staff are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about each resident. The facility is very clean and they have AMAZING activity programming! You can feel the family-like environment from the moment you walk in. I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with Dixon Rehab— would totally recommend!
Not only am a long time employee of Dixon Rehab (14 yrs), but I have also had a loved one in this facility. The staff is very caring and compassionate, my grandma was very well taken care of. The building is clean and smells clean. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of long term care or rehabilitation to home.
