The place looks nothing like the pictures posted. I wish the entire staff had to dine only on the facility menu for a week. They wouldn't last a day. I would not feed an animal this food. Prisoners are fed better. No nutritional value whatsoever. They will open your mail. Withhold antibiotic treatment. The place is filthy and depressing. Opening patients mail. Feces on the shower chair. Rude staff who do not respond to patients calls. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. If you love someone, for God's sake, don't send them here

It stinks like pee. When I went into my friend's room I found it wasn't air conditioned, only the halls were, so she was suffering from the heat. And it was filthy in there, the trays from several meals piled up. I took her to Kroger to get some snacks and milk because I was concerned they weren't feeding her enough. Glad she's out now.
I was a patient here for a while and although I loved some of the staff it wasn’t as good as what people say I was there for about eight months and honestly it was really not a good experience so it’s a thumbs down for me. I wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to have to go there.
My mom was here and there staff treated her very well!! She liked all of them. They made sure she got to and from each of her appointments and the nurses were there each time she needed them. We were very pleased!!!
As a medical professional, working with this facility to care for our patients is always a pleasure! Michelle Howard rocks at her job!
