Both my parents have been in skilled nursing for now 2 months. The CNA's & nursing staff take excellent care of them & the Insurance department has gone out of their way to help with coverage & getting approvals. The activity department keeps them busy all day and ready for bed at 7pm. I have NO complaints. Most of all, everyone communicates with me and each other. I smile whenever I pull up and see how much love they put in with their outside/inside holiday decorations.

My grandmother was in the skilled nursing area with dementia. They gave her tremendous care and kept her comfortable all the way to the end. They were so attentive with her and kept her right next to the nurses working at the desk. They treated her like family, especially Christina, the Director of Nursing. Christina saw my grandmother as her own grandmother and treated her as such. Christina was with her in her last moments and allowed my dad to say a few final words. They took great care of my grandmother, and I am so glad she was able to spend the last couple months of her life with them. Thank you to all the staff for everything you did for her.
Terrible facility, do your loved one a favor and run away. They have extremely high turnover from the head of the facility all the way down and the staff do not return phone calls. They run short staffed in every department daily and have been several instances of no nurse to give medicine. The last strike is the nurses telling my aunt to “just go” and they will clean her up after waiting half an hour for someone to come. Too busy to actually help her to the bathroom which is the main reason she is there. What kind of place lets people suffer and be embarrassed like this?
When this was part of Brookdale, the care of patients was non-existent .
My Grandpa Wayne is getting excellent care here!!!!!
