There are multiple different levels of care able to be provided here including care for those with dementia. The staff is caring, attentive, and always trying to improve the daily lives of the people we serve.

My time as the nursing supervisor at Diamond Willow in Cloquet has been incredibly rewarding. It has been a privilege to care for our residents and to work alongside such a dedicated and compassionate team. The staff here truly embody the spirit of care and kindness, showing unwavering commitment to each resident in every interaction. I am deeply grateful for the sense of family we’ve built together and the meaningful moments we’ve shared.
Currently employed here! I absolutely love it here staff is super nice and caring along with the residents!! It’s such a homey and cozy feeling here,Everyone here treats eachother like family including the residents. We love doing activities with the residents like movies, card games, coloring, painting nails, even live music!! I would 100% recommend this wonderful place for you’re loved ones, we always do our best to make sure everyone is getting the best care they possibly need and that the familys are satisfied as well
Wonderful staff, beautiful setting and decor. Feels like home. I’ve experienced this company as both a family member of a resident, my grandmother, and as an employee. Couldn’t be more pleased.
They don't answer their phones. Very hard to get a hold of someone.
