The staff at Diamond willow did a wonderful job meeting the needs of my grandmother at the end of her journey, they all went above and beyond to provide her the care she needed. The staff of Diamond Willow need to be treated with respect and appreciated for the work they do. I've noticed that they seem under a lot of pressure from upper management. corporate needs to help and support their staff not over work them to the point of burn out.

It's fantastic working here great staff who work hard to give exceptional care for residents.... its a loving community with fun activities, great meals, and it is a rewarding Job to help care for those who once cared for others.
