The Dial Community model has been an outstanding experience for my parents and our family. The Prairie Village, KS senior living community is beautiful, friendly, and promotes community and residents to thrive. I have toured many senior living communities in Kansas, Missouri, Michigan, California. Every detail physically, socially, health promotion, disease prevention, medical and staff promotes health, criendships, and community. The large social areas are welcoming, beautiful, and inviting. The location of the social rooms promotes community and friendship. There isn’t isolation or exclusion. The care team for rehab has outstanding skills and encouraging personalities. The nursing and medical care is easily accessible and so supportive. The administration is communicative, encouraging and are problem solvers not problem makers. Well done Dial! You have designed and developed a plan for success for our beloved senior community.

I would love everyone to know how amazing Dial has been to my parents. To start off my parents have lived at Fountains Senior Living in Bettendorf for 14 years. They had the time of their lives. My mother made so many friends. She was able to socialize like she loved to do in her own home. She passed 2 years ago. My Dad past May 15th it has been a struggle with his fast decline. But the staff were so helpful. Jennifer Makayla and David treated him like he was their father. I just want you to know that my father lived the #lovethewayyoulive till the day he passed. He would go to Docters appointments sporting his Dial hat and his Fountains’s shirt. The thing he was the proudest of was being able to let my mom get her hair done every week till the day she passed. Where else could you have dinner, work out, go to the hair dresser and be with friends. Thank you all for loving our seniors and keeping them safe from Covid. ( my parents never got Covid thanks to the fountains) I will recommend Dial to anyone who ask. Last big shout out to Kris Ward Dad called her Momma Ward I digress!! She got them in the fountains and made it possible for them to live there for 14 years. Bless you all for the amazing things you are doing in the Senior communities!!
I have volunteered in all 4 of Dials Communities here in Omaha and I have had such wonderful experiences. I volunteer in a lot of communities around town and each of the Dial communities are top notch in my book. The residents are always so happy and well cared for and the buildings are always so nice and welcoming. My experience with Dial could not be better.
I was looking for a community for my mother and my family and I must have looked at 10 different communities and both Dial Communities we looked at were fantastic. We were treated wonderfully and the communities were very well kept. We ended up moving my mother into Elk Ridge Village and we could not be more pleased with how things are going.
Love the way you live and work is not just a phrase, it's a culture. Dial Retirement Communities has so many amazing amenities for their residents and team members.
