The very last thing. An incredibly important person on the phone. Very important. Today is the last time. After four years, I have to be told today, on the phone, that there are other care services. I've had the Diakonie by every quarter for four years – last week I called, nobody called back, and today the lady said I said I was coming there for advice... a complete lie. Since the Diakonie is apparently at capacity and under new management, I will use someone else in the future. I'll make this public, too. I'll also point out how shamelessly they treat a customer they could be making money from.

We have now been in Berchtesgaden for a week and during this time we needed a nursing service to take care of my mom's body. From home in the Ruhr area, I contacted the Diakonie and made an appointment for the day after our arrival. At 11 a.m. Rosi “a hearted nurse” came :-) My mom and Rosi immediately got along very well and everything went really well. Even the next day, when Christine came “just as nice”, everything was perfect. Then Rosi came for another 4 days and my mom was completely satisfied. A very big THANK YOU for so much warmth that you showed my mom :-) You are just great :-) People in need of care are 100% in the right hands with you :-) From the bottom of my heart...THANK YOU...says Gabriele
