I toured several facilities when my dad needed assistance in his twilight years. After visiting Desert Gardens, I knew that I didn’t need to look any further. Given that I live out of state, I was concerned about the quality of care he would receive if I wasn’t visiting on a daily/weekly basis. Tiffany and her team checked in with me regularly and put my mind at ease. They were so incredibly accommodating to all of my dad’s needs and so caring throughout his stay.

Desert Gardens was such a wonderful home for my mother. Having to find an assisted living home for a loved one is such an incredibly difficult thing to do on so many levels. From the very first meeting with the staff at Desert Gardens they put my mind and heart at ease. I truly believe my Mom could not have been better cared for. She was loved by everyone. Having her taken care of by others, allowed she and I to continue to have the special mother/daughter relationship we had had throughout our lives. Our whole family feels very blessed to have had the staff at Desert Gardens be a part of our lives.
As a regular vendor with Tucson Corrective Exercise at Desert Garden Assisted Living home, I consistently experience the warm and welcoming environment the staff cultivates for their residents. The staff is always kind and helpful with assisting me with anything I need. They are very knowledgeable about each of their residents and go out of their way to keep me updated on their care/condition before individual exercise sessions. All of the the residents I've met at Desert Gardens are regularly happy and are often participating in the fun activities offered at the home. The manager Tiffany's exceptional care and respect for residents and vendors alike make Desert Gardens a welcoming and supportive home that I look forward to visiting anytime.
It isn't easy making this decision for a loved one. Desert Gardens was the best scenario we could have asked for. My aunt had spent 40 years building a home, and while we tried to keep her in her residence as long as possible, the time came that it posed more danger to her and others to be left unattended and in such a large house. Being that I and family live in Chicago and her only request was to stay in Arizona, we were very nervous about finding her an intimate full-time care provider. She moved into Desert Gardens the beginning of Aug 2022, and from the start to a few weeks ago ( she has passed), my family and I could not have wished for better, aside from going against her wishes and moving her closer to us. She was able to stay in AZ, near her friends, a loving staff that made her laugh and feel comforted when we weren't near. While she worsened under the terminal disease, she remained positive and her kind self, and I think Desert Gardens has something to do with that. They were very easy to work with on move in and "move out," Tiffany always kept me updated and made suggestions as she noticed things that might brighten my aunt's day. They recommended kind and caring services, like physical therapy and hospice. And they accommodated us late hours visiting when in town. I'm glad she was here her final days and the staff was as well. Thank you, Desert Gardens, Tiffany and staff, from my aunt and me.
Thank you so much to Desert Gardens Asst Living and Memory Care for taking exceptionally good care of my Mom and making my family part of yours. Chaz your team at Hacienda del Sol is just outstanding in every way. They are very knowledgeable and so, so supportive. I am also impressed at how your Memory Care home works well along side with Hospice which can be conflicting at times. I have also become so close to the residents and their families. It's been such an amazing experience. There are not enough words to express my gratitude and wonderful experiences that I've had with Desert Gardens.
