From the beginning of our exploring a possible move to DelWebb Fulshear we have been impressed with the people we dealt with. Steve Brophy and the Design team were very helpful as we explored our options as we designed our new home. Dennis Nichols, our Construction Manager, and Alyssa Walsh, our current Customer Care Manager, were outstanding. They communicated clearly and in a timely fashion throughout the construction phase and the 1-year warranty phase. They always listened to our requests and worked closely with us to resolve issues as they arose. We are very pleased with the service we have received from them. We are very happy with our decision to build a home in DelWebb Fulshear and we have recommended DelWebb to several of our friends who are considering downsizing to an over-55 community.

Can’t wait to move into our new home! Update, August 6th: Been in our new home over 2 months now. This has been a very exasperating experience to say the least. Most issues have finally been fixed, but still dealing with a few more issues due to poor quality workmanship. The Pulte/Del Webb team does not respond to issues in a timely manner. The water pressure here is very, very, very low especially in the morning.Did I say the water pressure was low…I can’t remember? Also, make sure you understand the complete charges that will be on your City of Fulshear water bill. Update: August 7th water pressure 17 psi
This neighborhood has some pretty racist residents. There were 6 pickleball courts available today. My sister along with her friends (one of whom is an actual resident there) were trying to play and a group of white folks gave them a hard time. They harassed them and asked for ID, they asked one of them to call their parents, and then they mocked the Asian American resident as they walked off and decided not to play there anymore dealing with this group of racists.
I closed on my home April 7, 2023 of last year. I absolutely love my home and my community. The AMENITY VILLAGE is amazing! My neighbors are awesome. Everyone is friendly and inviting. I mean, in what neighborhood do you walk outside or around the block and people wave and say, “Hey neighbor!” Everyone is here to make friends, and enjoy The lifestyle, whether it’s pickle ball, Fantastic Fridays, Game Night, Weekly clubs, Day Trippers, Book club, or whatever tickles your fancy, and just have fun. This community ABSOLUTELY meets the lifestyle I desire. Thanks DWF!
We put our down payment on our house in January and closed last week. Moved in today. Everyone we have met or done business with is knowledgeable and friendly. I love my new home and really look forward to enjoying all the amenities that Del Webb provides.
